The hosts prepared amazing breakfasts daily, a real treat. My triple room was super clean and nicely equipped. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the metro and historical sites. So grateful for their tips and hospitality 😊

The location was magnificent and incredible - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Just 15 minutes on foot to Circus Maximus underground, was a big plus. The rooms were brand-new with a private toilet, the staff was really helpful.

The Triple Room with Bathroom was super clean, with fresh linens and a mini-bar stocked with refreshments. Location was ideal, just a 2-minute stroll to Circus Maximo and close to public transport. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, a perfect retreat from the city bustle. A minor issue was unclear kitchen hours on one occasion, but it didn't impact my overall enjoyment.

Had a comfortable stay, the hotel is lovely.

I can recommend the place. I stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed it. The location was great, for example, an ancient roman amphitheatre was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The staff was excellent in all services.

Room was small for three people!!! Limited soundproofing means you can hear chatter from adjacent rooms!!! Noise from breakfast preparations might be bothersome for light sleepers!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Marco preparing delicious Italian breakfasts and giving us great tips on must-see spots. The garden area was a perfect place to unwind, and I also enjoyed the option for a soothing foot massage. Just a heads up, the bed creaked a bit when we moved, but it didn't take away from our overall comfort. 😊
